Cancellation and refund policy

Refund eligibility is based on how much time remains before your scheduled departure.

20 minutes or more before departure100% refund
5–20 minutes before departure50% refund
Less than 5 minutes or after departureNo refund

Eligibility is calculated when you submit the cancellation. If CampusRide cancels a departure, contact CampusRide for assistance.

How booking works

Three steps from choosing a departure to receiving your confirmation.

Step 1

Select a departure

Choose your pickup point, destination, date, and departure time from the available trips.

Step 2

Reserve your seats

Enter your contact details and seat quantity. Your selected seats are held briefly while you complete checkout.

Step 3

Receive your confirmation

After payment, you receive a booking ID and a secure link to manage your reservation.
